In our last adventure, our valiant adventurers scuffled with a band of Shifty Brigands. Arrows knocked and loosed, the sound of clashing metal rang out like wailing bells of war, Mystical and Arcane magics flowed through the currents of the battlefield. Blood soaked the dry forest floor, sapneedle coated in crimson. Nestor and Atilla showed incredible combat prowess, Each showing a unique and deadly fighting technique. Gidruk showed immense fortitude in the face of countless attackers, surrounded on all sides and yet left still standing. The smugglers under the facade of legitimacy fought to keep their secrets buried, but the adventurers claimed victory.

As the hymn of battle ends, our adventures gained valuable new information, yet were left with more questions. The generous but reserved Hatrim family was working with this group of smugglers, moving a large sum of grain that should not exist. Weyrick discovered a seemingly innocent book of fairy tales, hiding a hidden message yet to be deciphered. Through the interrogation work of Corrin and the energized grappling of Bella, the party learned of an illusive figure in a far away land called Carlyle Loam. Why is the Hatrim family smuggling grain out on the eve of the Amberfel? Who is this mysterious figure from a far away land? More importantly, what does any of this have to do with Dren’s murder? Who is truly responsible for this heinous act? Out adventures struggle with these thoughts as they have brief respite in the makeshift home of Faelyn. When evening falls, and the final harvest moon of Hastella is rising. Our adventures make their way on the eve of the Amberfel towards the crimson granary.
